- What is the spiritual emphasis of WinShape Camps?
- At WinShape Camps, we want to help build strong character in the lives of young people; so we focus on creating a positive, Christian environment where our campers have fun as they makes friends and learn more about God. Through daily worship, music, prayer, and devotions, we openly teach about who God is while sharing Biblical truths from His Word. Each WinShape Camps staff member is a follower of Jesus Christ who will continually strive to model Christ-like behavior for all of our campers. However, we absolutely respect each individual camper's right to make their own decisions regarding important spiritual matters.

- How are the one-week and two-week camps different?
- We strive to keep our overnight experiences consistent. That's why all of our overnight locations share a few common threads such as the year's theme, skills/tracks, Nite Life events, and Friday Family Fun Day. At the same time, each location is designed with a unique camp culture that fits the camper's ages and the location, while holding true to the same basic elements that make WinShape Camps the Summer of a Lifetime.

- Do you accept cabin mate requests?
- Part of the positive experience your camper will encounter at WinShape Camps is the opportunity to meet new friends. Therefore, WinShape Camps encourages you to not specify a certain camper to share your child's cabin as it may hinder his/her chance to grow in new relationship-building skills. You may, however, request one cabin mate per camper. (Submitting a request for more than one cabin mate will result in no request being granted.) We will try to honor requests if campers are in the same grade, or adjacent grades, Village, Pack, Club, Squad, or Legacy. A cabin mate request must be for one specific camper, not a group of campers. Also, a cabin mate request must be mutual before it will be considered. In order to most efficiently honor cabin mate requests, the cabin mate request deadline is April 1st. After April 1st, no changes may be made to any cabin mate request.

- What does it mean to 'blister pack' medications, and why does WinShape Camps require it?
- Blister packing means that all oral medications must be separated by individual doses and sealed (not in a bottle, sandwich bag, or pillbox). Prescription medications, vitamins, and supplements must be blister packed by a pharmacist. Over-the-counter medications must be separated by individual doses and sealed in the manufacturer's packaging (not loose in a bottle, sandwich bag, or pillbox) OR must be blister packed by a pharmacist. Blister packing medications ensures that campers receive the right dose of their medication at the right time. EpiPens, liquid medications, inhalers, ointments, and prescription creams are not required to be blister packed.
