Sports Lab Jr. at The Goddard School of Richmond offers a unique approach to preschool sports education by combining physical activity with age-appropriate learning concepts. This four-week program introduces children ages 3-5 to fundamental sports skills while incorporating elements of exploration and discovery. Each 30-minute session features activities and games designed to develop gross motor skills, coordination, and balance while engaging children's natural curiosity. The program uses a hands-on approach to help children understand basic concepts of movement, force, and teamwork through active play. Children will participate in a variety of sports-related activities that build physical skills while encouraging problem-solving and creative thinking. Our instructors create a positive, supportive environment where every child can explore, learn, and succeed at their own pace. All equipment is provided, and activities are carefully designed to be both educational and fun.
