Students will learn proper throwing and catching techniques, offensive and defensive strategies, route running, and game play. The program emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and athletic development while providing an excellent cardiovascular workout. Each day includes warm-ups, skill drills, strategy sessions, and game play, allowing students to practice new techniques and apply them in real game situations.
