Performance classes for 8th through 12th graders offer comprehensive advanced theatre training. The Performer's Process is a twelve-week course divided into three units with rotating teaching artists, giving students four weeks each to focus on skills as a singer, actor, and dancer, ultimately empowering them to make creative character-driven choices, convey emotion through song and dance, and become confident storytellers. Stage Combat covers the basics of choreographed fight sequences for the stage, teaching students how to keep themselves and others safe while creating the illusion of drama for an audience. The Puppeteer's Process provides hands-on skills in both the construction of puppets and their implementation on the stage, diving into how to create characters from shapes, buzz words, and texture while working as a group to bring a story to life. Classes are offered in 12-week, 8-week, and 4-week formats.
