St. Mark's Preschool hosts this six-week SPARK program designed to introduce preschool and kindergarten-aged children to sports and physical activity in a faith-based educational environment. Each 30-minute session focuses on developing fundamental motor skills, coordination, and balance through fun, age-appropriate activities and games. Children will learn basic sports concepts while also developing important social skills like taking turns, following directions, and working cooperatively with others. The program emphasizes positive reinforcement and creates a nurturing atmosphere where every child can experience success and build confidence. Our trained instructors bring all necessary equipment and adapt activities to meet the developmental needs of each child. This program complements St. Mark's educational mission by promoting physical health, social development, and character building. The convenient afternoon timing works well for preschool schedules.
