Creep, crawl, and explore! Young entomologists will discover how insects grow, change, and thrive as they head outdoors for nature hikes and close-up investigations. This camp is packed with hands-on discovery, creativity, and fresh air fun as children learn about the fascinating world of bugs. Campers will observe insects in their natural habitats, learn about insect life cycles and metamorphosis, and discover the important roles insects play in our ecosystem. Activities include bug hunts, creating insect habitats, learning to identify different species, and making bug-inspired art. Children will use magnifying glasses and other tools to get up close with these tiny creatures.
