Led by RVA Skate School, this skate camp helps rising 6-8 students become fully immersed in the world of skateboarding. Students will learn about each detail of the skate world from tricks, safety, board parts, skateboard culture, history, and more. All gear will be provided if needed, including boards, pads, and helmets. The instructor-led format allows students of all ages to become skateboarders with no experience required. This camp builds confidence, physical skills, balance, and an appreciation for skateboard culture in a safe, supportive environment. This half-day camp runs from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and can be extended with A Sabot Summer Afternoons add-on for families seeking a full-day experience.
