Minds In Motion Summer Camp is a renowned program that connects engaging movement experiences with content-based performances, open to all rising 5th-8th graders. Each day is filled with dance, creative movement, music, and related arts and crafts activities. Professionally trained teaching artists lead campers in an exploration of different dance styles and techniques, from ballet and modern to jazz and hip-hop. As campers learn about choreography and every aspect of a performance, they develop collaboration skills and grow in personal confidence. The program emphasizes creativity, self-expression, and teamwork while providing a supportive environment for students of all dance backgrounds. Minds In Motion is a community program committed to making dance accessible to all students - payment plans and financial aid are available. The camp culminates in a performance showcase where students share what they've created throughout the week.
