Mix, fizz, and experiment! Campers will pour, stir, and create eye-popping chemical reactions as they uncover the magic hiding in everyday science. This hands-on science camp introduces children to basic chemistry concepts through safe, exciting experiments that produce dramatic visual results. Young scientists will learn about chemical reactions, states of matter, acids and bases, and the scientific method while conducting experiments with common household materials. Activities include making volcanoes, creating slime, exploring color-changing reactions, and discovering what happens when different substances combine. Each experiment is designed to spark curiosity and encourage questions about how the world works. Perfect for the kid who loves a good 'wow—did you see that?!' moment and wants to understand the science behind everyday phenomena.
