KidStrong's 2-3 Years classes provide age-appropriate physical and cognitive challenges for toddlers in a supportive, high-energy environment. These 45-minute weekly classes help children develop essential motor skills, coordination, balance, and early social skills while building confidence. Parents participate on the floor with their children, creating bonding opportunities while supporting their child's development. Each class follows the KidStrong structure: affirmation, social greeting with handshakes and eye contact, foundations warm-ups, milestone skill development, move & learn obstacle courses, performance training, competition games like tug of war, and award ceremonies. The science-based curriculum is designed by child development experts to target the specific developmental needs of 2-3 year olds.
