Junior Wild about Wildlife is an immersive nature program for Juniors (grades 4-5) who are passionate about animals and the environment. Campers will become nature explorers and learn about Georgia's wildlife, animal habitats, conservation, and ecology through hands-on investigations and outdoor exploration. This program includes meeting guest speakers with amazing creatures, learning about animal rehabilitation, wildlife tracking, habitat study, and environmental stewardship. Girls will participate in creek exploration, nature hikes, wildlife observation, and learn about careers in wildlife biology and conservation. In addition to wildlife activities, campers will enjoy swimming, arts and crafts, and other camp experiences. Available as both day camp and sleepaway options, this program develops observation skills, environmental awareness, and respect for all living creatures. Campers will gain knowledge about local ecosystems and how to protect wildlife.
