The Yellow Jackets South Girls Skills Clinic is a three-day morning program designed to help elementary and middle school girls develop fundamental lacrosse skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. This clinic focuses on building a strong foundation in stick handling, passing, catching, shooting, and basic defensive and offensive concepts. The three-hour morning sessions provide ample time for skill instruction, repetition, and game-like situations while maintaining an energetic and fun atmosphere. Coaches emphasize proper technique and fundamentals while helping players gain confidence with the stick and understanding of the game. The clinic is structured to accommodate different skill levels, from beginners just learning the sport to more experienced players looking to refine their abilities. Players are grouped appropriately to ensure everyone receives instruction suited to their current level. The morning schedule is family-friendly and allows participants to enjoy other summer activities in the afternoon. This clinic is an excellent way for girls to improve their lacrosse skills, make new friends, and develop a love for the game.
