D&D: Co-Constructed Narratives at Sabot School combines the excitement of Dungeons and Dragons with creative writing, crafting, and collaborative world-building. This full-day specialty camp invites campers to co-construct a narrative world together, creating individual character perspectives, shared settings, and physically constructed small characters and props. Think Dungeons and Dragons meets the Oregon Trail meets Creative Writing meets craft! Participants will write, read, and use various 2D and 3D art materials to move their narrative forward, incorporating elements of chance to build a story together. This immersive experience develops storytelling skills, creative thinking, collaboration, and artistic expression as campers bring their imagined worlds to life through multiple mediums. The camp offers a unique blend of role-playing, creative writing, and hands-on making that engages both the imagination and the hands.
