Advanced Swim Stroke Enhancement is designed for experienced swimmers looking to perfect their technique and improve performance. This intensive program focuses on the four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Campers will receive personalized instruction on stroke mechanics, breathing techniques, turns, and starts. The camp emphasizes proper form, efficiency, and speed development through drills, video analysis, and individualized feedback. Swimmers will also work on endurance, pacing strategies, and race preparation. This program is ideal for competitive swimmers or those preparing to join a swim team who want to take their skills to the next level.
Camp held at Collegiate School Aquatics Center off Ironbridge Road. Transportation may be provided from Mooreland Campus.
