A player may sign up for both sessions, there is an hour break for lunch in-between sessions. The Passing/Serving session provides high level training on passing and serving techniques with lots of repetitions and constant feedback. The Setting/Hitting session offers high level training on setting and hitting techniques, with setters and hitters separated and trained both separately and together.
