KidStrong's 3-4 Years classes are designed to help preschoolers develop strong bodies, minds, and character through fun, engaging 45-minute weekly sessions. Led by highly-trained coaches and built by child development experts, these classes focus on three key pillars: character, physical, and cognitive development. Parents participate on the floor with their children during this age group. Each class includes the KidStrong affirmation ('I am strong, I am brave, I can do this!'), social greetings with handshakes and eye contact, foundations work, milestone activities to stimulate brain function, move & learn obstacle courses that sharpen pattern recognition and public speaking, performance training, and exciting competitions like tug of war. The program helps kids make friends, conquer challenges, and build the confidence to raise their hand in the classroom. 96% of kids see increased self-confidence and 85% say it's more fun than other programs.
