The gang is back for an action-packed summer as Troy, Gabriella, and the Wildcats finish junior year and dive into Disney's High School Musical 2 JR., the buoyant sequel to the blockbuster TV movie. At Lava Springs Country Club, Sharpay reigns supreme while the Wildcats get to work — literally — facing tested friendships, summer romances gone awry, and the challenges of growing up. With rockin' songs, high-energy dance numbers, and plenty of ensemble moments, this fun-filled charmer is the perfect splash into summer theatre! All students will participate in acting, singing, dancing, and art classes over the course of two weeks, culminating in a final performance for families and friends on the evening of July 17 at Maggie L. Walker Governor's School. This full-day program is designed for rising 5th-9th grade students.
