- How many people are included in the price?
- For just $1299 (mini Session) up to 5 members of a family can join in on the fun and fit in one room. Our rooms also have space for a portable crib if your family has one infant or toddler. Have a bigger family? You can add an adjacent room for an additional $499 (mini Session). Please note, the full tuition will be due at the time of registration in order to reserve your spot. - What's the difference between a One Week Session and a Mini Session of Family Camp?

- Who all can come to WinShape Camps for Families at Cohutta Springs?
- This experience was designed for the kid and the kid at heart. Campers of all ages are welcome, including babies and grandparents! Just remember you'll only want to bring family you're comfortable sharing a room with. It's important to note that some activities will be limited based on height and weight requirements.

- What all is included in the price?
- This is an all-inclusive experience, meaning we'll cover all of your meals, your room, and every activity for the cost of a Mini Session!

- Do I have to pay all at once?
- A $200 deposit is due upon registration. Half payment will be due by March and full payment by May.

- Can I use the 50% first-time overnight camper gift on this experience?
- The 50% gift does not apply to this experience, however, if you have a camper who's never been to one of our kid-only experiences, they are still eligible to receive the 50% gift at one of those locations.

- What time does the Session start and end?
- Check-In on the first day starts at 10AM and the last day concludes with a picnic lunch ending around 1:30PM.

- Can you come to WinShape Camps for Families if you've never been to another WinShape Camps experience?
- Absolutely! We believe WinShape Camps for Families is the perfect way to get to know more about the WinShape Nation and a great way to introduce your camper to one of our kid-only experiences. It's also great for our veteran families who've been to WinShape Camps for years!

- Can I register for more than one session?
- Families can be registered for up to two sessions. You can add your family to another session or waitlist by completing the registration again through the Family Camp Register button on our website.

- How does your waitlist work?
- When a particular session is full, any additional families will be placed on a waiting list. As cancellations occur, families who are on the waitlist will be contacted in the order their registrations were received. You will receive an email when a spot becomes available and will be given 48 hours to accept or deny this spot. If your family comes off the waitlist, please be prepared to make the full tuition payment.

- What's your Cancellation/Refund Policy?
- If your family registration is accepted and you cancel more than 30 days before the registered session, you will receive a full refund minus the $200 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days but more than 8 days before the registered session, you will be refunded half of the paid balance minus the $200 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days before the registered session, you will receive no refund.
