Each month, KOS hosts a Comedy Writer's Room Showcase, where students take the stage alongside their instructors in front of a live audience. These shows often mark a comic's first booked performance — a milestone moment that celebrates growth, courage, and the joy of making people laugh. The showcase provides a supportive environment for new comedians to test their material, gain stage experience, and connect with an audience. Students perform original material developed in the Writer's Room workshops, receiving real-time feedback from a live crowd. Professional comedians also perform, demonstrating the craft and providing inspiration.
