Youth who have a strong interest in Broadway dance will love this class! In Dance Studio, each young person will develop an understanding of the healthy habits that build and sustain a dancer's practice. The class will learn stretching and warm-up techniques and understand basic choreographic terms and concepts as they rehearse. Students will work on more advanced Broadway-style choreography, develop stronger technique in multiple dance styles, and build the stamina and skills needed for musical theatre performance. This class is designed for middle school students who are serious about developing their dance abilities and understanding the discipline required for dance training.
