This 4-week small boat sailing course for adults runs August 13 - September 3, 2026, providing the basics of handling a small sailing boat on Sunfish sailboats. The course teaches safety, boat handling, points of sail, and how to read the wind. Be prepared to get wet as capsize drills are an important part of the course. Material is catered to your specific goals to ensure you get as much out of the course as possible, whether you're a complete beginner or looking to brush up on skills. Sessions are taught in the afternoon and evenings. The cost for the 4-week session is $450. This late summer course is perfect for those who want to learn sailing before the season ends or continue their sailing education into early fall.
