RDS Evaluation Sessions provide an opportunity for advanced players who have not participated in the current year's RDS cycle to try out for eligibility to attend RDS Summer Camps and RDS Residential Camps. These evaluation sessions occur at the beginning and throughout the summer, giving players multiple opportunities to demonstrate their abilities. During evaluation sessions, players are grouped by birth year and compete in small-sided games where evaluators assess their ability to impact the game and showcase skills both on and off the ball. Players should come prepared to compete at a high level as evaluators are looking for advanced technical ability, game understanding, and competitive mindset. Successfully passing an evaluation session grants eligibility for the summer's RDS Camps and Residential Camps. These sessions are specifically designed for players who want to join the RDS program mid-cycle and experience the elite training environment.
