For students aged 15+ who are interested in teaching sailing or working with sailing camp, this volunteer program provides hands-on experience in sailing instruction and camp leadership. Participants must have completed 2 years of sailing camp, including the Advanced Sailing Camp, before applying. CIT volunteers work for 1 year prior to coming on as an assistant instructor, gaining valuable experience in teaching, safety protocols, and working with children. This program offers limited space per camp session and provides an excellent opportunity for teens to develop leadership skills, gain work experience, and give back to the sailing community. Contact Hannah at hannah@capecharlessailingcamp.com for more information about the application process.
