Day 1 of Spring Bake Camp focuses on breakfast and morning treats with March-themed muffins and savory pastry pockets. Students learn muffin-making techniques including proper mixing methods, flavor combinations, and achieving perfect texture. The class also covers working with pastry dough to create handheld breakfast pockets filled with savory ingredients. This four-hour session provides in-depth instruction on baking fundamentals while creating delicious items perfect for breakfast or brunch. Part of a five-day spring break series, this day can be taken individually or as part of the full week.
