Girls Lacrosse camp provides comprehensive instruction in the fundamentals and advanced techniques of girls lacrosse. This afternoon program welcomes players of all skill levels from first grade through middle school. Experienced coaches teach proper stick handling, cradling, passing, catching, shooting, defensive positioning, and game strategy specific to girls lacrosse rules. Through drills, small-sided games, and full-field scrimmages, players develop their technical skills while learning teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship. The camp emphasizes proper technique, field awareness, and the unique aspects of girls lacrosse including draw controls and free position shots. Daily sessions include warm-ups, skill stations, tactical training, conditioning, and competitive play. Coaches provide individualized feedback and instruction tailored to each player's skill level. The supportive environment encourages players to challenge themselves, build confidence, and develop a love for the sport. This camp is perfect for players who want to learn lacrosse, improve their skills for school teams, or simply enjoy playing this fast-paced, exciting sport.
