KidStrong's 5-7 Years classes are designed for kindergarten through early elementary students ready to take on greater physical and mental challenges. These 45-minute weekly classes focus on building physical strength, coordination, cognitive skills, teamwork, and character development through engaging, age-appropriate activities. Expert coaches lead children through structured programming that includes the KidStrong affirmation, social greeting practice, foundations warm-ups, milestone skill development, move & learn obstacle courses that blend physical activity with cognitive challenges like pattern recognition and public speaking, performance training, competition games including tug of war and tire flips, and award ceremonies. The science-based curriculum helps kids develop grit, resilience, confidence, and essential life skills while having fun and making friends.
