Students ages 16 and older will learn how to choose materials and use form, color, and texture to create traditional and contemporary wreaths for the holidays in this three-hour workshop led by instructor Sarah Morgan. This hands-on class teaches the fundamentals of wreath design, including selecting appropriate materials, working with different textures and colors, and constructing both classic and modern wreath styles. Participants will create their own holiday wreath to take home and display throughout the season. The workshop covers design principles, construction techniques, and creative approaches to wreath-making. Participants may wish to bring their own pruning shears and gloves for working with natural materials. This workshop is perfect for anyone interested in holiday decorating, floral design, or creating handmade seasonal décor. Note: This workshop has been cancelled. Interested participants should contact the Center about future wreath-making opportunities.
