FUNdamentals camp is a FUN way to learn the basics of athletic movement and volleyball. Campers will work on moving, throwing, and jumping while also learning the basics of volleyball. Modified volleyball equipment will be used for players to learn the game in an age and ability appropriate way. Camp will include other activities like water balloons, pickle ball, and relays. This camp makes learning volleyball fundamentals exciting and engaging for young athletes.
