St. Mary's Episcopal School hosts this comprehensive 12-week SPARK program designed for preschool and kindergarten-aged children. This extended program provides consistent, quality sports instruction throughout the winter and spring, with each 45-minute session offering more time for skill development and active play than typical preschool programs. Children will participate in a variety of age-appropriate sports activities and games that develop fundamental motor skills, coordination, balance, and spatial awareness. The longer session format allows for more thorough warm-ups, skill practice, and game play, giving children ample opportunity to explore movement and build confidence. Our experienced instructors create a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every child can succeed at their own pace. The program emphasizes fun, exploration, and social development while introducing basic sports concepts. This extended program provides excellent value and helps children develop a strong foundation for future athletic participation.
