This summer ballet class is designed for students ages 8-12 who are currently completing a Lower Division class at SRB or have a minimum of one year of ballet training. The curriculum focuses on developing proper ballet technique, strengthening foundational skills, and advancing students' understanding of classical ballet vocabulary. Classes emphasize correct alignment, musicality, and artistry while building the physical strength and flexibility needed for more advanced work. Students work at the barre and in center combinations that challenge their technical abilities and prepare them for higher levels of training. Perfect for dedicated young dancers looking to maintain and improve their skills over the summer.
