Second Fridays is VisArts' popular monthly workshop series offering adults and teens the chance to explore new art techniques and media in a fun, social environment. Held on the second Friday of each month, these 2-3 hour workshops cover a wide range of topics including printmaking, ceramics, jewelry making, painting, fiber arts, glass, and more. Led by experienced teaching artists, Second Fridays workshops are designed for all skill levels and provide a low-commitment way to try something new or revisit a favorite medium. Each workshop is self-contained with all materials provided. Participants create finished pieces to take home. These workshops are perfect for date nights, friend outings, or solo creative time. No prior experience necessary. Registration is per person and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable.
