Our Winter Scrimmages are designed as the next step for athletes who have completed at least one session of GO Hockey, Next Level, or an equivalent. Players must already demonstrate core field hockey skills including proper stick grip, correct use of the stick's flat side, dribbling and passing, avoiding intentional feet, and have knowledge of safe play. This division features 3v3 play with GO Ball and small pop-up goals. Each session begins with a 15-minute warm-up followed by three 7-minute quarters. Teams will change weekly to provide varied playing experiences. Coaches umpire the games to maintain a supportive learning environment.
