The Big Chill is a deliciously fun camp that explores the science of cold through hands-on experiments and frozen treat making. Campers learn about states of matter, temperature, and chemical reactions while creating ice cream, popsicles, and other frozen desserts. The program combines culinary arts with scientific inquiry as students discover how freezing works, experiment with different ingredients, and explore the history of frozen treats. Activities include making homemade ice cream using various methods, conducting cold-themed science experiments, and learning about refrigeration technology. This sweet camp is perfect for young learners who love both science and tasty treats!
