The Mom Circles Fellowship is an 8-week immersive experience designed to inspire, coach, and connect mothers within the 3D Girls, Inc. community. This comprehensive program creates safe spaces, builds connections, and offers moms a unique means of mastering social and emotional wellness. Sessions cover various topics including basics of mental health awareness, financial literacy, self-care for mothers, workforce development skills, and time management. The fellowship features licensed and trained staff who provide trauma-informed care and professional advocacy in a culturally competent environment. Participants engage in community connections, financial empowerment activities, health and wellness promotion, and learning opportunities. The program culminates in The Bloom Brunch, a graduation ceremony that celebrates each participant's meaningful contributions. Fellowship graduates also gain access to an alumni book club for continued connection and growth.
