KidStrong's 4-5 Years classes are designed for preschool and pre-K children ready to develop greater independence, physical skills, and character. These 45-minute weekly classes focus on building strength, coordination, cognitive abilities, and social skills through fun, challenging activities led by expert coaches. Children participate independently (parents watch from the sidelines), learning to follow instructions, work with peers, and overcome challenges. Each class includes the KidStrong affirmation ('I am strong, I am brave, I can do this!'), social greeting with handshakes and eye contact, foundations warm-ups, milestone skill development, move & learn obstacle courses that combine physical and cognitive challenges, performance training, competition games like tug of war and tire flips, and award ceremonies. The science-based curriculum helps kids develop essential skills for kindergarten readiness and beyond.
