Fun and Fit Morning is an active camp that gets kids moving through a variety of sports, games, and fitness activities. Campers will participate in team sports, relay races, obstacle courses, and cooperative games that promote physical fitness, coordination, and teamwork. This energetic program emphasizes fun while developing motor skills, sportsmanship, and healthy habits. Activities are designed to keep children engaged and active throughout the morning, with a focus on inclusive participation and positive encouragement. The camp introduces various sports and movement activities, helping children discover new interests while building confidence and social skills in a supportive environment.
