Building on foundational skills, Open a Bakery II takes young bakers to the next level with more advanced techniques and recipes. Students explore intermediate baking methods including laminated doughs, custards, and decorative techniques. This camp challenges campers to refine their skills while creating impressive baked goods that showcase their growing expertise. The week features more complex recipes and introduces professional baking concepts in an age-appropriate way. Like the first level, the week culminates in a Friday Bakery where families can see and taste the amazing creations their young bakers have mastered.
