The second three-week session offers boys a complete overnight camp experience during the latter half of the summer. Campers participate in two daily activity periods (except Sundays) with access to all camp activities including archery, horseback riding, riflery, canoeing, fishing, campcraft, craftshop, field sports, baseball, and basketball. This session includes all the special activities that make Camp River's Bend memorable: overnight hiking and horseback riding trips, canoe trips, campfire sing-alongs, dances, church services, sports leagues, and Navy vs. Green competitions. The three-week format provides ample time for boys to develop skills, form deep friendships, and experience the camp's core values of integrity, sportsmanship, community, and resilience. Expert counselors guide campers through meaningful and educational experiences in every activity.
