This 5-day ballet intensive is designed for adult dance students ages 18+ at an Advanced Beginning or Intermediate ballet level who have a passion to further their classical ballet training and knowledge. Each day begins with an hour and a half ballet technique class in the style of the Vaganova Method taught by Dance Program Director Sarah Ruppel Bullis. The class focuses on polishing details of ballet technique while strengthening muscles, coordination, and flexibility and developing artistic expression. A repertoire session follows where students learn the choreography of a classical ballet variation and further develop performance skills. Each day finishes with a Conditioning class teaching exercises to supplement strength and flexibility training. While designed as a 5-day course, students unable to attend all 5 days should contact Sarah Ruppel Bullis to discuss options.
Adult participants provide their own transportation to Passion Academy
