New Year's Countdown Clock Cupcakes is a festive holiday baking and decorating class designed for older children ages 8-14. This four-hour intensive session teaches students how to bake cupcakes from scratch and then transform them into creative countdown clock designs perfect for New Year's Eve celebrations. The class covers cupcake baking techniques, frosting preparation, and advanced decorating skills including piping numbers, creating clock faces, and adding festive details. Students will learn both the technical skills of baking and the artistic creativity of cake decorating. This longer class allows time for both baking and elaborate decoration, resulting in impressive cupcakes that are perfect for ringing in the New Year.
