Mental Health Action Day is an annual community event raising awareness about mental health resources and suicide prevention. The event uses the A.S.K. model—Ask, Support, Keep in touch—to guide emotional check-ins and inform the community about mental health support. 3D Girls, Inc. uses joyful activities to reduce the stigma around mental health and create welcoming spaces for conversation and connection. Past events have included a 2024 line dancing class and 2023 ice cream social, demonstrating the organization's commitment to making mental health awareness accessible and engaging. The event provides information about local mental health resources, teaches practical skills for supporting others, and creates a supportive community atmosphere where participants can learn, connect, and prioritize emotional wellness.
