KidStrong's 8-11 Years classes are designed for upper elementary and middle school students ready for the most advanced physical and mental challenges. These 45-minute weekly classes focus on building strength, agility, endurance, mental toughness, leadership skills, and high character. Expert coaches guide children through challenging activities that develop grit, resilience, confidence, and essential life skills. Each class includes the KidStrong affirmation, social greeting practice, foundations warm-ups, advanced milestone skill development, move & learn obstacle courses that combine intense physical challenges with cognitive tasks and leadership opportunities, performance training, competition games including tug of war and tire flips, and award ceremonies. The science-based curriculum prepares kids for success in sports, academics, and life by developing physical fitness, mental toughness, teamwork, problem-solving, and character.
