This in-person course allows a student to demonstrate competency and interest in applied mathematics while introducing her to possible career paths in the business world. Students will explore practical applications of mathematics in finance and accounting, learning real-world skills that connect classroom learning to professional opportunities. This class will take a field trip to the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond to see economics and finance in action. Perfect for students interested in business, economics, or applied mathematics.
