Compassion Unleashed Critter Camp offers fun and educational week-long day camps for children ages 6-13 at the Richmond SPCA's Robins-Starr Humane Center. Every session includes daily animal interactions with shelter pets, giving campers the opportunity to learn about animal care, behavior, and welfare while making a real difference in the lives of animals awaiting adoption. Campers participate in age-appropriate activities designed to foster compassion and understanding of animal needs. The camp runs throughout the summer with multiple week-long sessions available. Extended stay options are available for families needing late pickup, extending the day from 4 PM to 5 PM for an additional fee. This is a terrific educational opportunity for animal-loving children to visit and learn more about the Richmond SPCA's mission and programs.
