These summer classes are designed for students ages 8-12 who have at least one year of ballet training. Current SRB students should be completing a Lower Division class, while new students must have a minimum of one year of ballet experience. The summer session offers classes in multiple dance styles including ballet, character dance, modern, and theatre dance. Students can choose to take just ballet or add complementary styles to broaden their dance education. Classes meet once or twice weekly throughout the five-week summer session, providing consistent training to maintain and build skills over the summer break. The Lower Ballet class meets twice weekly, while the specialty classes (Character Dance, Modern, Theatre Dance) each meet once per week. This flexible structure allows students to customize their summer dance experience based on their interests and schedule.
