Day 5 of Spring Bake Camp concludes the week with Edible Education's beloved Easter Bunny Cake tradition. Students learn cake assembly, frosting techniques, and creative decorating to create adorable bunny-shaped cakes perfect for Easter celebrations. This hands-on class teaches proper frosting consistency, piping techniques, and using coconut, jelly beans, and other decorations to bring bunny cakes to life. The four-hour session provides ample time for each student to create their own masterpiece to take home. This annual tradition combines technical baking skills with holiday fun, making it a perfect finale to spring break week.
