Yoga instruction is integrated into KOS's enrichment camp programs for children ages 5-11. Students learn basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices in a supportive, non-competitive environment. The yoga curriculum emphasizes body awareness, flexibility, balance, and stress management skills. Classes are designed to help children develop focus, self-regulation, and confidence while promoting physical wellness. Yoga sessions are part of a diverse camp experience that includes carpentry, sewing, theatre, visual arts, music, STEM, and Spanish.
