Girls Link Up is a comprehensive after-school mentoring program for girls ages 8-18 that supports their social and emotional needs while exposing and empowering them to pursue STEAM (Science, Technology, Entrepreneurship, Arts, and Math) college and career pathways. The program provides a safe space for girls to thrive through culturally responsive, girl-centered programming rooted in confidence, leadership, and identity development. Girls receive real-world life skills including financial literacy, goal setting, communication, workforce readiness, and healthy decision-making. The program integrates STEAM+ exposure, SEL (Social-Emotional Learning), mental health promotion, college and career pathways, field trips, and leadership development. Participants also gain access to an innovative digital platform featuring interactive games, journaling exercises, and videos that teach stress management, emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and self-esteem building. 93% of girls report increased confidence and social skills, and 98% say the programming helped them socialize more.
