Visual art and performing arts combine in Design & Drama! Young people who love to make crafts, draw, or paint will find a new creative outlet in this class. We'll use hands-on arts experiences to learn about behind-the-scenes roles like props, costume, and set design. Students will explore how visual elements support storytelling in theatre, learn basic design principles, and create their own theatrical designs. This class is perfect for creative students who are interested in the technical and artistic side of theatre production. Students will showcase their design work and understanding of theatrical design concepts in a final presentation.
