Wee One Wednesdays is a parent/child cooking class designed for preschoolers and their adult helpers to cook together in a fun, relaxed environment. These weekly classes introduce very young children to the kitchen through age-appropriate recipes and activities that build fine motor skills, following directions, and early math concepts. Each session features a simple recipe that little ones can help prepare with guidance from their grown-up. The class fosters bonding time while creating positive associations with cooking and healthy food. Parents learn techniques for cooking with toddlers at home while children gain confidence and kitchen exposure.
